Dr. Charles J. Burgess, O.D.
Dr. Burgess grew up in Kimberly, Wisconsin. After graduating from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1997, Dr. Burgess started working for Dale Tetrault, O.D. at his practice in Menasha.
Dr. Burgess purchased Dr. Tetrault's practice in 1998 and renewed the practice Community Eyecare, Inc. Dr. Burgess practices full scope family optometry. Along with general family eye care, he specializes in low vision, difficult contact lens fits, and medical management of glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes, and macular degeneration.
Golf, fishing, chasing his two children around are a few of his hobbies. Along with his wife, Julie, they enjoy many outdoor activities. Dr. Burgess and his family are also very active in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Dr. Burgess and his son are type I diabetics, and diabetes management is a passion of his.

Dr. Micah J. Juedes, O.D.
Micah J. Juedes, OD earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in 2014, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Juedes is originally from Wausau, Wisconsin and he is excited to be back in the area practicing at Community Eyecare, Inc. He values patient care that is thorough, caring, and based in open communication. He is especially interested in managing ocular disease and complications, such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma. Dr. Juedes is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, American Optometric Association, and the Wisconsin Optometric Association. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsey, and young children, as well as his extended church family. Some of his hobbies include playing the bagpipes, basketball, golf, and fishing.
Dr. Jonathan Menos, O.D.
Dr. Jonathan Menos is an Appleton native and graduate of Kimberly High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and earned his doctorate at Illinois College of Optometry. He specializes in primary care and eye exams for the entire family. He also has a special interest in contact lens fittings, urgent care services, and management of ocular diseases. Dr. Menos enjoys keeping current with new techniques in optometry through continuing education seminars and is currently a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Wisconsin Optometric Association. In his free time Dr. Menos enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, enjoying the outdoors, and cheering for the Packers.
