We hope you will always be comfortable and confident sharing our philosophy with others. When you you refer a new friend or family member to our practice we will send you a gift certificate for $25 on your next visit at our office.
We, at Community Eyecare, are constantly looking for ways to better serve the community, and so we are honored by your request for donations. To stimulate future and higher donations, we are pleased to announce that we are expanding our Share the Care Program to include businesses and charities. Simply recommend a new patient to our office for a comprehensive eye exam. At completion of the eye exam, your charity will receive a $25.00 donation. We feel this is a win-win situation for all involved: Your organization receives the funds being sought; someone in the community receives the best eye exam available; and we are able to gain a new patient. 2 Year Warranty
Community Eyecare is committed to providing you with quality eyewear and contact lenses.
FRAMES: All of our frames come with a two year warranty from the date your glasses are ready which covers breakage, scratches or manufacturer defects. Should you have a problem with your new frame, we can exchange it within the first 30 days from the date your glasses are ready.*
LENSES: Purchasing a premium anti-reflective treatment or scratch guard will not only give you better vision but also protect your lenses from damage. Should your lenses become scratched or chipped, we will replace them under warranty for two years, unlimited, from the date your glasses are ready.*
RX CHECKS: We allow one VA check within six months of your exam at no charge; however you will need to see one of our opticians first. All RX checks with doctor will incur charges. If your lenses need to be changed or adjusted, we can have them remade once at no additional charges during the first 60 days after your glasses are ready.*
CANCELLATIONS: We use an electronic online ordering system. Because your order is sent electronically, the lab immediately begins manufacturing your lenses, lenses which are custom made for you. If you decide to cancel your order for glasses and we can not stop the lab in time you will be responsible for 50% of the total cost.
CONTACT LENSES: Gas permeable (GP) contacts lenses have a 60 day exchange policy from the date of purchase. Since GP lenses are made specifically for you, we will refund you the price of the lenses minus any lab material and handling fees. If you cancel an order for contact lenses which are custom made you will be responsible for 50% of the total charge.
It’s important to let your doctor know at the time of your exam if you are happy with your current contact lenses or what you would like to change about them. Unfortunately, soft contact lenses are not returnable if the boxes have been opened, damaged, or if they have expired. Returns on any unopened boxes must be done within 30 days of purchase. There is a $2.00 handling/restocking fee.
*our warranty starts from the date we notify you that your new glasses are ready to be picked up. There is a $10.00 lab service fee for each occurrence.
Two year warranty does not apply to Safety glasses, Star Value Glasses or Oakley Prescription Sunglasses. These carry a one year one time remake.
